The Vassar Haiti Project, founded in 2001, is a collaborative volunteer effort supporting the welfare of artists in haiti and the education and the nutrition of school children in the village of Chermaitre, Haiti.

Through art sales and outreach programs, the Project promotes understanding of Haitian culture and society, and provides funds for improving the infrastructre of the village and the welfare of the children and their families. Watch our documentary film:

Trinity Church in Fishkill is partnering with the Vassar Haiti Project in this event, which will bring medical care to the children and adults in the remote village of Chermaitre, Haiti. For many of these villagers, this will be the first medical care that they have ever received!
