All events take place in the Multipurpose Room in the College Center at Vassar College, 124 Raymond Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY 12604.
 
Phone in a live bid during the Auction on Saturday, April 12
Live auction telephone bidding guidelines:
  • If you cannot attend the live auction, and would prefer not to submit either an absentee or telephone bid, you may elect to phone in a live bid.
  • To phone in a live bid, please call 845.235.9967 to register for the live auction between 2pm and 4pm on Saturday, April 12.
  • Once you have registered and indicated the paintings that interest you, you will be contacted about 20 minutes prior to each item coming up for bid.
  • You will remain on the telephone with a Vassar Haiti Project representative through the bidding of that item, and that representative will make bids on your behalf.
  • Bidders call in at their own risk.
  • Live bids will be included at the discretion of the auctioneers.
  • Please note: Vassar Haiti Project offers this service as a convenience to customers who are unable to attend the live auction, and will not be responsible for error or failure to execute bids.

Absentee bidding guidelines for the live auction on Saturday, April 12.
  • All absentee bids must be received by 5:00pm on Friday, April 11.
  • Absentee bid forms may be mailed, faxed or sent as an attachment to an email. The appropriate addresses/telephone numbers are located at the top of the form.
  • Fill out the bidding form, listing catalog lot number, description, and your top bid price for each item.
  • You must include your credit card information to validify your bid(s).
  • Your credit card will not be charged unless you place one or more successful bids.
  • You are responsible for arranging for pickup of merchandise purchased. Unless previous arrangements are made, merchandise must be picked up within 7 days of the date of the auction.
  • Please note: Vassar Haiti Project offers this service as a convenience to customers who are unable to attend the live auction, and will not be responsible for error or failure to execute bids.

Absentee purchase guidelines for the sale beginning on Friday, April 11
  • All Absentee Purchase Requests must be received by 11:00pm on Thursday, April 10.
  • Purchase Requests may be mailed, faxed or sent as an attachment to an email. The appropriate addresses/telephone number are located at the top of the form.
  • Fill out the request form, listing painting title, artist, and price.
  • You must include your credit card information to validify your bid(s). Your credit card will not be charged unless you place one or more successful bids.
  • You are responsible for arranging for pickup of merchandise purchased. Shipping and handling charges will be added to any items you request us to mail to you. Unless previous arrangements are made, merchandise must be picked up within 7 days of the date of the auction.
