| Dr. Urquidi-Macdonald's research is in the areas of mathematical modeling of corrosion and erosion-corrosion of aqueous systems; life prediction of components undergoing stress corrosion cracking or pitting corrosion; life extension for lithium base secondary batteries; and detection of defects in underground pipes. | |||
