| Description of Research | |||
| Dr. Martínez-Miranda's main interest is in the area of structural properties of thin films, and their relationship with materials processing, film deposition method, substrate preparation, as well as to the mechanical and electrical properties of the films themselves. At present, the systems studied include ferroelectric liquid crystals, amorphous carbon films and nanocrystalline materials. | |||
